At the I & I, we believe that business is more than just profit.
Our mission is to help students explore the connections between business and other fields, including public health, the arts, technology, and law. Through articles, opinion pieces, interviews, and creative storytelling, our writers examine how businesses can contribute to their communities and why ethical leadership matters. We want younger generations to recognize that every business decision has an impact on people, and that success should be measured not only by financial growth, but also by the difference made in the lives of others.
Beyond the journal, we are proud to support a Zine hosted through the Carmel Clay Public Library. The zine welcomes creative submissions from any student, including poetry, artwork, photography, short stories, personal essays, and other original pieces. Participants have the opportunity to share their creativity with the community while earning volunteer service hours through the library’s program.
